Weekly Recommendations is a post I write every Friday where I recommend three different kinds of entertainment. This can be anime, comics, movies, video games, and other similar forms of media. They might also vary in intended audience, age, genre, and theme.

I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss

  • Anime: 12 episodes
  • Comedy, Romance, Fantasy

After the prince abruptly calls off their engagement, Lady Aileen remembers her past life and realizes she’s the villainess in an otome game she played. She has trouble remembering the game, but she recalls the villainess dying. To prevent that, she decides to confront the final boss, the demon king, and propose marriage to him.

The Wallflower: Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge

  • Manga: 36 Volumes
  • Romance, Comedy, Drama, Horror

Kyouhei, Ranmaru, Takenaga, and Yukinojo are four handsome 15-year-old high school boys who live in a mansion. The mansion’s owner offers them free housing if they can turn her niece into a proper lady. They think the task will be easy until they meet Sunako Nakahara, an agoraphobic recluse who neglects her appearance, despises anything handsome and attractive, and loves all things gory and horror-related.

Kim Possible

  • Cartoon Series: 87 episodes
  • Action, Adventure, Comedy

Kim Possible is a talented high school student and cheerleader who also fights crime with her best friend, Ron Stoppable, and Rufus, his pet naked mole rat, and Wade, a 10-year-old computer whiz who assists them remotely. They travel around the world as Team Possible, helping those in need while battling villains like the evil mad scientist Dr. Drakken and his supervillain sidekick, Shego.
