It’s time for another Weekly Recommendations post. This is a post where I recommend three different kinds of entertainment for you. These can be anime, comics, video games, movies, or other similar forms of media. They might also vary in intended audience, age, genres, and themes.
Freaking Romance

Zylith is an 18-year-old who’s looking for a place of her own. She eventually finds one at a fair price, but it’s said to be haunted. She takes it anyway, but once she moves in, she starts seeing a handsome man who can’t seem to see her or be touched. A former tenant said that his roommate went missing while he was living in that apartment, immediately after seeing a handsome man there as well. So, what will Zylith do? Will she flee or remain to discover more about this strange figure?
Tendou Family Story

A nameless girl raised by an elderly man saves the third daughter of the Houjou family from drowning. After Houjou Ran refuses to be Tendou Yosaku’s wife, the anonymous girl steps in and pretends to be Houjou Ran. Tendou easily figures out her deception but allows her to become Houjou Ran anyway, and she devotes herself to protecting her fake spouse with the fighting techniques the old man taught her.
Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun
- Anime: 24 episodes
- Comedy, Supernatural, Paranormal
The “Seven Mysteries” are the most well-known supernatural rumors at Kamome Academy. Hanako-san, the ghost of a little girl who lives in the girls’ restroom and is claimed to grant wishes, is one of these mysteries. Nene Yashiro is a first-year student who calls Hanako-san in the belief that she can grant her love wish, but the Hanako that arrives is a boy who refuses to help her. Nene swallows a mermaid scale to attract her crush’s attention, but instead it transforms her into a fish. Hanako saves her, but it binds the two together, forcing Nene to serve as his assistant and pulling her into the supernatural world.
