I’m back this Friday with my Weekly Recommendations, a post where I recommend three different kinds of entertainment for you. These can be anime, comics, video games, movies, board games, or any other similar forms of entertainment. They might also vary in intended audience, age, genres, and themes.

Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina

After hearing stories of the traveling witch, Niké, little Eliana wishes to become a witch so she can see the world for herself. She becomes a witch after passing the sorcery exam as the youngest person to do so. She then sets out on her own adventures, writing a book of her experiences as she explores the world.

Fantasy Life

  • Video Game: Nintendo 3DS
  • Role-playing, Life simulation
  • Buy on Amazon

Reveria is a peaceful fantasy world until a strange purple meteorite hits your home. Known as “doomstones,” these meteorites give beings evil, destructive energy. The king wants you to investigate. When you create a character, you choose their “life class,” which can be changed at a later time. After that, you progress through the story and additional life class-related side quests, such as crafting, fishing, logging, mining, and monster fighting.

Villain with a Crush

Rosa Park accidentally falls from the top of a collapsing building after her first crush rejects her, but Doryeong Han, everyone’s favorite superpowered police officer, rescues her.  She develops a crush on Doryeong and wants to confess her feelings to him.  However, when Rosa gains her own powers, she somehow becomes the nation’s most dangerous villain, apparently determined to destroy Doryeong Han.
