I once saw a question on the internet from a mother asking people if there was any media with good characters with scars because there were so many evil characters with scars that her young son thought he would become evil because he, too, had a scar. So I began to consider the question.
It’s not as prevalent as evil characters, but there are some. There’s a lot more as you get into older-age entertainment, so I’ll just list a few that vary in the age range of who can watch them, and it’ll be up to the individual to decide whether they want to watch or show these specific series or movies to whomever.
Some of the series I mention could have more characters with scars, both good and evil, that I don’t mention.

After doing some research, it seems to me that the majority of entertainment where I could find good characters with scars were anime and manga. It was much harder to find characters from American cartoons and movies, or other types of entertainment.
